Polk Portal Information

The Polk Portal and priority registration for the Spring 2025 Semester are open. Open registration will begin on November 13.

Students can browse Spring 2025 Semester classes by clicking here, can review their degree audits in their Passport accounts, and are encouraged to connect with an advisor for academic planning.

It is important to note that fees and financial aid will not be viewable in the Polk Portal when registration opens. The College will provide an update when fees and financial aid are available for viewing.

  1. + Polk Portal Troubleshooting

  2. + What is the Polk Portal?

    The Polk Portal is a one-stop shop for Student Services and Financial Services where students:

    • View the semester’s course schedule
    • Register for classes
    • Check for any holds on your account
    • Make payments
    • View and accept financial aid awards

    The Polk Portal replaces Passport, which students used previously for the activities listed above. Passport will remain in place for individuals to apply to the College, but once they are admitted and receive their Polk State Student ID and my.nfmy6688.com email address, they will use the Polk Portal for the remainder of the onboarding and registration process.

  3. + How do I log in to the Polk Portal?

    Students can access the Polk Portal by clicking the link at the top of the College website, nfmy6688.com, or by visiting experience.elluciancloud.com/psc. Students will select “Sign In With Students” and then log in by using their existing Polk State email address and password. Students who have forgotten their credentials or need to reset their passwords can still do so in Passport.

    Students will then be directed to the Polk Portal homepage.

  4. + Will I still have access to Passport?

    Yes – students will have access through the Summer 2024 Semester to their Passport accounts.

  6. + Where do I go in the Polk Portal to check my tuition and fees?

    Financial information will not be available when registration opens in the Polk Portal in June. The College will provide an update when financial information is available soon.

  7. + Where do I go in the Polk Portal to check financial aid?

    Students can check the Financial Aid Self-Service section of the Polk Portal for information about the status of their financial aid applications. Students who applied for financial aid and have incomplete applications will be notified via their Polk State email will be instructed to check the Portal for more information regarding how to complete their applications.

    The College will soon provide financial aid awards that can be viewed in the Polk Portal. Within a few days, some students will see their eligibility for Federal Pell Grants in self-service. Additional funds, loans, state grants, and scholarships will be rolled out in the coming weeks. Please note that financial aid awards are being processed in phases and students should monitor their emails and check the Polk Portal for updates. As additional financial aid is awarded, email notifications will be sent to the affected students who will be instructed to check the Polk Portal for details.

  8. + Will I be able to access my student information if I am not registering for classes for spring 2025?

    Yes. All students will have an account in the Polk Portal and can log in using their Polk State email address and password.

  9. + What do I do if I forget my login to my Polk Portal account?

    Students who have forgotten their credentials or need to reset their passwords can still do so in Passport.

  10. + What if I can’t register for classes in the Polk Portal?

    Students with any issues registering for Spring 2025 Semester classes through the Polk Portal are urged to complete this form and email it to SpringRegistration25@nfmy6688.com. A College representative will assist within 48 business hours.
